I don't have a specific resource in mind at the moment, but
there's a lot of emphasis on writing about your thinking in
problem-solving (that can include pictures and diagrams), math
journaling, and similar Marilyn Burns-ish stuff. I'd focus on
one challenging, multi-step problem and compare approaches in
terms of how different students go about solving it. hth
