Re: GT K writing issues? Suggestions?

Why does this child have an IEP? I was considering my answer
until I read that. What issue(s) generated the IEP? Without
knowing that, one would be answering in rather a vacuum. Even
before reading that, I was thinking.... how interesting.

I'd want to know a bit about family history too. We can say
good things even the right things till we're blue in the face
at school but it can be to no avail if at home a message of
    perfection is preached.

She has advanced level writing and drawing skills so her
mistakes are slight - she has advanced level reading
abilities too clearly for she recognizes misspellings. I
remember with shock the day I envisioned a lovely fall scene
in my mind and watch big bright clownish orange pumpkins come
    off my crayon.

What else upsets her? Is she only upset by these two issues?
That would be Very interesting if she's not upset in any
    other venues of life.

But as interesting would be knowing what her IEP is for.
