I will probably finish writing my component 2 entry in a few days. My frustration is that I have never seen examples of component 2 entries. When I went to university, I almost always had examples of good writing for projects similar to this.

Does anyone know where I can find models of good writing for component 2? The NBCT looks unprofessional by not providing examples of good writing.

JBH Where are the bold questions to guide my responses? Is it the table on p.7 of the General Portfolio Instructions?

What Works No. You will respond to the prompts in the Written Commentary of your Component 2 Instructions. You don't name your certificate area, so I can't give you a particular page number. Lc Has anyone tried the ATLAS database through nbpts? I was referred there by my professor - you have to purchase a subscription but it promises access to videos and written pieces from nb teachers.

KP I googled it and it specifically says that it is not
available for candidates for national board certification.

Lc ATLAS is on the nbpts site and while the free trial is not allowed for candidates the paid subscription is. I emailed my request to purchase it for one year. I'll post again if I get it. Anyone else on ATLAS?
