I am currently researching the funding associated with NCLB
and SES and SETTS programs. I see there are several big
tutoring companies in NY that are funded by the Title 1
schools etc and there are smaller ones as well. I want to
open up a tutoring service and contract with the DOE under
SES program. Any ideas or obstacles about this? Any
information would be welcomed.
