Are you using the web based report? Do you have STAR? Growth
scores are always good. From a reading standpoint, you can
measure number of books read, words read, % above 85%, average
Book Level. I would think any report that shows this stuff
is a good qualifier. Just may need to run custom date ranges
based on the start of the year vs end of the year.
