Re: University of Phoenix
Posted by Amy on 5/13/07

I go to the University of Phoenix and would choose NOT to attend again if
given the option. Id say about the majority of my teachers were awesome and
knew what they were talking about. Some I learned alot, some not so much. I
am in the MAED program for special education. I worked harder to make sure
these so called counselors recieved my paperwork for things such as student
teaching, financial aid, or anything else. I had to do my own checking on
paperwork and lining up my own student teaching. I hope and pray that I get
my IL certification through this program.

What are the inside works of UOP?? You said your wife told you the inside
scoop? Care to share it with us? Do they not send degrees?? Im freaking
    out now.

Yes it is expensive, prices went up once since Ive been in the program for
almost two years and Im about done.

Thanks for your reply. It should help many people in making their decision.
I love the online programs, but would consider looking at regular state
    schools that offer online classes.
