Oh yea, it's been around for years.

The iWeb hit counter will not function unless you publish to
MobileMe.

There are plenty of alternatives that do work, or you could code
your own html counter. (see: h t tp colon slash slash
toadstutorials dot info )

Or, Google for "free hit counter".

BTW the link is to Apple Discussions for iWeb - a great source
for help. . . you may need to create an account but not to worry
it's free.
