I've been teaching at a private school for 10 years and love it but am tired of the low pay. Anyone have any insight into comparing private and public? I have great flexibility and autonomy in my art program. The kids are great and I get plenty of art supplies. But there is always that money issue! What to do?

Josie "Teach less art and more life." Truer words were never spoken. I am in an urban public school and that is exactly what I do....
