Ideas for Specials good behavior incentives

Hello, My AP asked the Specials teachers to come up with an incentive for students to improve their behavior during specials. She suggested a monthly get-together with all the well behaved kids but I don't want to lose any time with any of my students. Any ideas? Thanks!
