	Post: How do you motivate the unmotivated? Posted by Joy Jordan on 4/26/08 Fellow art teachers, What are top five things you do to really get your students motivated? My colleague and I have noticed a drastic decline in the effort our students put into their work. Is anyone else noticing this trend? Does anyone have techniques that are great for lighting a creative fire under unmotivated students. I am now doing research on motivation in art students. Any observations, suggestions, comments are greatly appreciated. By the way, it feels good to know that others are going through what I am going through.
