In that case, I don't agree with you. If it's voluntary,
that means it's optional. Optional means you don't have to
do it if you don't want to. As far as time management, I
don't think anyone should have to reevaluate their time
management to accommodate frivolous costuming ideas. That
seems a lot sillier than not dressing up to fulfill
somebody's latest "fun" idea.
