Been told to use ALL time for class and the even the last 5
minutes are instructional time, no more down time before
class is over ANYMORE.

I hold down 30+ high school ruffians per class and I keep
them on task and actually do artwork and productivity, and
now its nit picky time going into my tenure review year. I
guess I am not doing enough everyday. But I'm not feeling
bad as if they want someone better than go for it. I have 9
years teaching and they should feel lucky to have me
especially after the last art teacher cracked up and ran
away.

Hey we have a football coach who has a 10 minute lesson
everyday then freetime for an hour, and I'm worrying about
my own dedication to this job?

Jeez!
