    Post: I'm done...
    Posted by: Ms.TeacherCreature on 10/31/09

What do you do with your early finishers for K-2? I have
lots of centers and things for my 3-5s, but the
independence level of my K-2s is so different...

I usually have them complete another painting/drawing/etc.
in whatever medium we are working in, yet they rush and are
continually saying "I'm done." What do you do with these
    little ones?

Also, I hear a lot of people say that all of there students
finish about the same time...tell me how this works for
you? I do a series of lessons/projects to tie in different
mediums etc. So our project may go for 3-4 weeks sometimes.
I find 1/4 of my kids are truly finished during that second
week with excellent results, some finish about on time and
1/4 still aren't finished at the end of the project,
despite my daily objectives (i.e. you should be here by the
time we clean up today). Any thoughts on closing in on
    that?
