First you do the looped masking tape on the back of the
papers. They you put Tri-tex rubber cream (Nasco)on it-not the
tape but next to it. The tape gives the Tri-tex time enough to
dry. Be careful when you take it down. It seems when you use a
glob, it peels off easier.
