Re: Spire VS Linda Mood-Bell for cognitive 8yr old
Posted by Jocelyn on 4/25/06

    Hi,
I am a college student majoring in Elementary education with
a minor in moderate disabilities. I have been observing a 4th
and 5th grade moderate disabilities classroom that uses the
SPIRE program. I have found that the program has been very
successful in teaching the students how to read rather quickly.
I began observing in the end of February, and the students I was
observing could not yet read. After about two months, they have
learned so much. Please try going to www.SPIRE.org and see what
    it is about.
