    I have some different offers to choose from. The lowest starting
    salary that was offered was 38,000 and the highest was 42,000. I
    do know some districts start at 43,000 but I don't think that
    there pay scale increases as rapidly as the others. However, I
    should note that the cost of living where I am is higher than in
    other areas.
