Paperwork is overwhelming at times. Have a specific place for
everything. Consider using labled binders for master copies. Have
one spot where you put papers to be corrected, another for graded
and recorded work. Grade frequently and don't let it get out of
hand.
Get in the habit of filing things immediately instead of putting it
in a pile for later. Throw junk away as soon as it lands in your
mailbox or is handed to you. You will get an amazing amount of junk
mail and random fliers and handouts. Read what you need to read and
get rid of it. You will become more proficient at organization. It
takes some time to figure out what will work for you.
