Without a doubt it is classroom management. Nothing makes a
principal more concerned abut your ability to teach than an
out of control classroom or even a few kids that get unruly.
Also, be pleasant with the administrative assistants,
custodians and lunch ladies.
The fun lessons will come in time, but first you need to gain
respect from students and staff.
