During my first year of teaching, other teachers had problems
with me too. A few times they had gone to the principal
saying that I wasn't doing my job correctly and I wasn't
following the rules. They sort of ganged up on me too, but I
just stuck it out and kept on doing what I knew was right.
When your principal talks to you, have they offered you any
suggestions? The only thing I can say (which I know isn't
very helpful), is to stick it out and hopefully it will be
better next year. It is for me
