Do what we did. I got permission to do a fundraiser and raised
enough for a 2 computers, 19 inch flat screen, 100 inch screen
and projector, 50 inch LCD and a 2nd computer at the high
school. We had enough left over to build a custom cabinet to
hold all the stuff.

Also, consider putting an add in the paper for sponsors for
technology. Silent auctions. Car was where you was 100 cars
for pledges of 10 cents per car. There are lots of ways to get
what you need. Consider a grant. There are tons of grants
that would work.
