Thank you, appreciate the feedback and I saved the
informaiont on a document after reading it. Hearing from
those who are in the field actively also is very helpful.
I am also relieved that the window period may be as much as
2 years, when you mentioned the two, which means I and
others also might have a new chance with the upcoming
spring hiring season.
