I just finished The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz. Creative, original, unique tale of a Dominican family told in a fascinating style full of life and energy. I cannot begin to tell you how much I loved this book as I was reading it and how much I still love it now that I'm done. Definitely one of my (imaginary) Top 5 books ever read. Simply brilliant! Hats off to Junot Diaz.

The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao is a Pulitzer Prize winner. I don't know how it got past me in 2007, but I sure am glad I finally read it.
