I have been working for Bright Horizons for over a year now
and as far as day care goes, it's probably the best company
you can work for. Compared to most other day care jobs, the
benefits and pay are probably up there with the highest you
could get. The way individual centers are run is probably up
to the directors. My director is GREAT and lets teachers
pretty much have the freedom to do things the way they want
in their classrooms. I don't really have a bad thing to say
about Bright Horizons.
