I worked for them years ago, it was definitely a more rewarding
experience than working at a regular daycare. I was involved
with the better together team and go to plan events. i was also
part of the emergency response team, which meant i got to
travel to other locations and help out when needed. I got to
visit Arizona, San Antonio, and the Downtown locations. The pay
was excellent, and the budget and supplies never ran out, not
to mention the number of children in each class is very low.
Benefits were excellent as well with tons of opportunity to
move up and grow. They really take care of their employees. I
was there a year when they asked if i would be interested in
the director training program, i was only 21 at the time and
could NOT see myself doing that! I then transferred to the San
Antonio location but ended up changing jobs. They were really
    great.
