I tried to respond to this yesterday and it said it was going
for review. What's that about? I checked it to be sure they
were all nice words. :)
Your class must not have been an ECE class? At least I hope
not. The majority of people are still not aware of how
important a child's first years are. We are doing some of the
most important work there is - working with the foundational
stages of the new generation of citizens in our country. So
many people are just ignorant of the facts.
When I was in college, everybody wanted to know what I would do
when I finished. They were always shocked when I told
them, "I'll continue doing what I do now." I love this work and
want to do it for the rest of my working years. They could not
understand #1 - why I would be going to college and #2 - why I
wouldn't do something more noteworthy with my education. I
repeat - ours is one of the most important jobs in the world.
Congratulations on getting your Masters!
