No cutbacks as of yet, but September and October started out
pretty iffy. The director of the school did all she could
to re-arrange schedules so that the people she had to re-
arrange did not recieve cut hours. We have extra staff
members, so that there is no need for subs should a teacher
call in sick, but they are on pins and needles with this
economy. Our enrollment has picked up over the months, and
for the most part is full now, but with parents loosing
jobs, we never know when a child {or several} might be
pulled out. Our problem is that we have extra
staff......and have to find justification for keeping them
at the school, when there really isn't one, beyond the fact
that the owner/director really doesn't want to let anyone go.
