I agree bites will happen. However, they should have informed
you! This happened to my 2 year old and my 7 mos old on the
same day, by the same kid! I was pretty upset, and in the end
switched daycares because of it.

In the end I switched to a home daycare. My provider is
licesnsed and accredited (sp?). She is like family my 2 year
old is now 7 and my 4 year old is starting up with her in the
fall.

Go with your gut on this. If you're not happy find another
nursery school to relieve MIL.
