That's why in our post there is a legal hassle going between the
two women who want to continue their day cares in their homes but
their neighborhood zoning laws (the covenant of the neighborhood)
forbids a day care home. They thought the same thing that you
did. People are not even allowed to park in front of their homes
on the street and I think that is one reason they voted down the
day cares. People dropping off their children might not be able
to get into an already filled driveway. This case has been going
on for over a year here.
