Post: Sensory activities

Posted by Meme in KS on 4/07/08

Hi! I am a former PreK teacher, but left teaching to be a
stay at home mom. Since I mostly worked with children ages
3 and up (I use to visit the Preschool (EC) board here,
this place is wonderful), I'm a little clueless as to what
types of things I should do with my 18 month old daughter.

I am looking for sensory activities that will be fun and
safe for her. We have a sand table right now and she loves
it although she has taken a few bites of sand :D.

Thanks for any and all ideas!
