Re: Does anyone have the summer off from their home daycare?
Posted by pktchr on 4/23/08

    I really only want to
    > teach a preschool program and not really do any before or
    > after school care. Please help me out by giving me your
    > advice. Thanks.

I have a home preschool (each class is 3 hrs). My program
runs Sept. through May. I do 4 one week camps during the
summer (some summers I only do 3 weeks, depending on what my
family has going on). Most of the kids do a week or two.

I would imagine if you are doing daycare and the parents are
planning on your care while they work, they might not be happy
if you take the summers off.
