    First of all, don't beat yourself up about your classroom
    management. Most new teachers struggle with it the first year
    or two. Second, get it out of your head that your size and
    appearance have anything to do with your potential to have
    effective classroom management. Third, know that as you gain
    experience and confidence, your ability to successfully
    manage your students and your classroom will improve
    naturally. Finally, maintain a positive outlook. Things will
    get better for you.
