    I agree with Melissa. Positive Behavioral Interventions and
    Supports have been much more successful than punitive
    consequences. I thought that the ticket idea was a great plan to
    start out the year. As long as you have something in place, you
    will find yourself adjusting your behavior management system often
    to meet the needs of your students. Good Luck!
