Posted by Mr. Gripe on 9/06/08 Ok, this is mainly a pet peeve! I have boys in high school who like to wear their pants below their butts! I have girls in high school that wear the tightest pants and tops. Some could make Brittney Spears blush. If I had kids I would never allow them to dress in such a way. My motto is," if it's too low, it's gotta go, and if its to tight it must take flight!" Frankly, as a teacher I am their to teach , not to see all of this nonsense. Thankfully , my school does have a dress code ( kids still try to get around it) and it helps, unless we have pajama day!!!! Help! I don't recall this kind of attire in my day when I was in school, or maybe I am just getting old. These kids are watching too much MTV and so are their parents!!!! I just felt like griping.
