Actually, we don't either. Our students are sent to the secretary
to get medication, band-aids, temperature, etc...But our school's
communication is awful!!!!!! So I was wanting a form that I have
seen at other schools where the nurse sends it back with the
student to show the time and what was administered. That way we
can account for where our students are.
