    OK. You take 15 minutes out of class time to address personal
    development, support, responsibility, and social awareness.

    Are you sure your name isn't "Tom"?

    PS: Ever heard of IALAC (I Am Lovable And Capable)? It's a
    similar theme, with students physicalizing the "water in the
    bucket" vis a vis a sheet of paper hanging from each
    student's neck. I don't think IALAC had the student being
    able to add to their own "self-esteem," however. That's a
    valuable addition, and could easily be added to the IALAC
    activity, then giving you a way to physicalize the whole
    thing. (Students tear or tape bits of paper onto other
    people's IALAC sheets ... and they could do the same to their
    own.)
