    I really like this idea for my Teen Leadership classes. Right now we
    are studying Self-Concept so it's a perfect fit. Strange that I've
    never heard of IALAC before! I've been emphasizing the concept but
    not in such a succinct way. I think this may help them start to "get
    it" when we talk about how negativity in our lives lowers
    self-confidence and esteem.
