I teach Special Ed. I had similar problems, but then I
watched the Supernanny videos with Jo Frost.
Get the 1st season on DVD, and watch a few episodes. She
shows how to use the "time out" technique with little kids.
It shows you how to use the right tones of voice, the right
locations, etc.
He probably does have ADHD, and I bet he does it to get
attention.
You should also talk to the parent. There could be something
going on at home that you don't know about. Sometimes (if the
parent is cooperative) they can have a reward chart at home,
and things like TV watching can be taken away if he fails to
meet his behavior requirements.
