For small children, I created a common logon username (one letter) and password. They navigate by looking for special icons. Anyway the district is taking away my little server and replacing it with Active Directory and Deepfreeze. They insist that all users, no matter what their age or language ability, log on with their 6 digit district ID number plus at least 7 character password. Apparently this is common practice, but it seems pretty inefficient to me. Any comments or experience with this? BTW, the district is totally intransigent about this, and won't relent.
