Re: Thinking of becoming computer teacher
Posted by I did it on 4/18/08

I'm not saying that they're the same. I was just pointing out
that knowing just Microsoft Office isn't enough. In my position,
I need to know the computer applications AND programming (I'm
teaching HTML now, but I also know Basic, C++, RPG, SQL, and
dBase) AND business. Most positions are hybrid like this - you
need many skills, not just how to use Word.
