My upper grade students I teach them research skills. I do a
lot of researching skills in my upper grade classes especially
teaching them how to cite a resource the proper way. This is
very difficult for my students to comprehend. Look at my 4th
and 5th grade icons at my webpage. I have lots of information
of what they are going to do next year.
Projects for 4th grade: Lots of PowerPoint presentations, how to
use a flash drive, digital storytelling and Excel. I would love
to do clay animation this year!
Projects for 5th grade: Research. Research. Research. More
PowerPoints, Excel, Introduction to Publisher (create a colony
brochure), digital storytelling (Photo Story 3 and Windows Movie
Maker). If I have extra time I may show them how to create a
    web page.
I am so happy you like my webpage. It's always updated.
I don't know of anyone who uses a packaged curriculum. I came
across this at a Christian private school but forgot what they
used. I will get back to you soon.
