If you have a gmail account you can setup a google group for free. It's really easy to add members to these groups. If your students' info is stored in such a way that you can export a text file with all there email addresses (I'm guessing they might need to be separated by commas) you could easy add all 150 students to this group. Once you have the group setup you click on "Invite Members" and then either add them directly or send them an email invite.
