Post: Would someone help me with this? (custom dictionary?)

    Posted by muse on 9/07/08

I have Word 2007 and I teach Latin. I would like to
create a custom dictionary for my Latin words because I'm
tired of hand-checking them lol. However, I have to be
careful because I don't want the custom dictionary to work
when I type English. For example, I don't want pictura to
be ok in English because it is picture. On the other
hand, I don't want the auto-correct to change pictura to
picture. Does this make any sense?

So, is it possible to edit a document with only my custom
dictionary? Is it possible to enter my custom dictionary
words via a typed list (and just hit add for the 3,000
    words, I guess....)

    Any suggestions? Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance!
