Posted by Carolam on 10/01/08 Could someone please explain which of these technologies would be of most use in an elementary classroom? I will have funds to purchase one of these, but am not familiar enough with them to know which would be best. Would a projector (I do have a lap-top computer), a smartboard (I do not know for sure even how these work), or something like an Elmo or document camera be best for general classroom usage in 4th grade. I feel kind of dumb about these as I haven't seen anything but a projector in use before. Advise, please! Thanks.
