Hi Neal,
OK, thank you. Is there a way they can fill it out (interactive)
and mail it back or is that way more complicated?
I thought I could have the form in the pdf format or the word
format. Then they could possibly just save it to their desktop,
fill out and return right? Or at least in Word they could right?
I know just enough to be dangerous here. LOL
