Post: Microsoft Word problem, I think

I created a newsletter template in MW word with shapes and
text boxes. When I email it as an attachment to my team
using Novell Groupwise the formatting isn't right. I can't
send it as a PDF because each teacher on the team has to
made some minor changes so is applicable to their
particular class. Any suggestions?
