I've read that Clark County in Las Vegas is ALWAYS looking for
teachers since they're growing so much. My former neighbor's
daughter moved there several years ago to take a job and LOVES
it. I live in NC and moved here from IN five years ago for a
job. NC has always had a teacher shortage; however, due to
budget cuts, NC has actually laid off teachers this year. If
you go on teachers-teachers.net, you can complete an online
application and search for jobs across the country. You choose
your subject area, type of school you'd like (urban, rural,
etc.), and states you're interested in. Try that and let me
know how it goes! Good luck!
