Wow, what am I doing wrong? I graduated last Decemeber. I was
applying for openings left and right, in my district and the
other surrounding metro areas and have not even been given an
interview. I have been finding out that most of the principals
already know who they are going to hire before they post the
vacancies. I would say that I only applied to counties that
are near where I live, is that the problem? I did not want to
drive all around Georgia being that I have a daughter that is
in school in the county where I live. I am just shocked that
you were offered every position that you applied to. The fact
that you got an interview is enough. I have two other people
from my school that are still looking for positions also. If I
may ask, which counties in GA did you apply to? Any help would
be greatly appreciated!
