We have our sixth grade orientation in the spring. We
include a "Dress Code Fashion Show" in which the student
council dresses in both appropriate and innapropriate attire
and the students hold up a red or green flag made from
construction paper and craft sticks. We also do an
organization race adapted from Tom Jackson. I set up two
boxes to represent lockers. One is clean and organized
according to class etc. while the other is a disaster. The
students are divided into teams and then the competition
takes place like a relay race.
