considering they serve two different roles in the school, i
don't understand what the debate is about. refer the social
worker to ASCA's national model and see if they run a
comprehensive guidance program in addition to their social
work duties...my guess is NO. ASCA's website has a lot of
info about the role of the school counselors at each level.
