I just got a call from my 1st choice district about coming in for a 2nd interview. The 1st interview consisted of the director of guidance + 2 principals. The next interview is the same 3 people plus an additional supervisor and 2 teachers...this sounds excruciating!! I get EXTREMELY nervous. The interview will be more intense questions followed by 2 scenarios that I will need to write a written response to. Can anyone give me examples of scenarios you've had to answer during an interview process?!? This is for an elementary position. Another school I interviewed with gave me 1 scenario about 2 boys going into the bathroom + the 1 asking the other to touch his private (apparently this happened often at their school) + the 2nd scenario was about students fighting on the playground + how I would handle it if a teacher came and asked me for help with the situation. I am absolutely TERRIFIED and would greatly appreciate some feedback!
